My Favorite Health & Wellness Items

I’ve been bursting at the seams to share this with you! All of the health and wellness essentials (all available on Amazon) that I personally love and swear by are all in one place, convenient for you!

My approach to a healthy lifestyle is all about finding the ease and making it fit into your life and that’s exactly what these products do!

Here I’ve highlighted some of my personal favorites that my health coaching clients absolutely love too! For the entire collection of products you can access my store front here.

Kitchen Essentials

When it comes to cooking and meal prepping I focus on products that will save time, are multipurpose, and are health conscious.

Love smoothies like me? Then you’ll need the best blender. After trying a ton of different brands, hand downs this Vitamix is the winner. This is also great for making soups and sauces!

Want my secret weapon for prepping veggies in a flash! It’s this vegetable chopper! You can dice, juiliene and spiralize all in one AND it’s easy to clean.

If your tupperware drawer is an eclectic mix of containers and lids, this is your permission to clean house and get this beautiful set that hits all the check marks for me. These are perfect for meal prep and freezer safe to keep extras and leftovers. I highly recommend the glass option over plastic to avoid harmful chemicals like phthalates and BPA. Bonus: they last longer and are more environmentally friendly as well!

Nutrition Essentials

I love finding products that add great flavor that we can also feel really great about.

These dressings and sauces are extremely versatile, delicious, and can be used on veggies and proteins! The best part is they don’t have added sugars and oils or a long ingredient list of words we can’t pronounce.

Tea is a part of my daily routine and I’ve fallen in love with these convenient tea crystals that are great for digestion, immunity, and skin.

Need to satisfy a sweet tooth? Add a bit of sweetness naturally with this monkfruit sweetener (I love adding it to smoothies or overnight oats) or for a treat, these dark chocolate gems will hit the spot.

Movement Essentials

I’m all about finding movement that brings you joy and shifting our focus from the physical outcomes to how the training can improve our life.

As women, one of the best ways we can keep our muscles and bones strong is through strength training. I love this dumbbell set because it is versatile and compact and a great addition to your home gym. And these gorgeous bala bands can be added to your ankles or wrists to add resistance to pilates movements or even on walks.

I also believe movement doesn’t have to look like a structured exercise session and every bit of movement counts. I love this treadmill/walking pad you can easily put under a desk while you work.

Self Care Essentials

Don’t underestimate the power of mindfulness and making time for you along your wellness journey. Life will throw a lot at us and you want to have tools to refocus and recharge regularly so we can continue to show up as our best selves.

These are 2 of my favorite books for being in the moment and coming from a powerful, confident place.

Upgrade your night time routine and get a more restful sleep with this sleep mask which is equal parts luxury and function.

To help manage stress or sooth sore muscles in a way that pampers and gives spa day vibes, an epsom salt bath is the way to go.
