Do you have TWO MINUTES?

Do you want to feel more calm, centered and relaxed?

You’re in the right place.  Follow along…

Let’s take a moment in our day to share some breaths together with gratitude for our ability to breathe comfortably. Life is lived one breath at a time, and it is better together.

In our first shared breath … breathe in deeply as we begin to focus on ourselves. Inhale, scan over your body, and notice where you are feeling out of sorts or imbalanced, and what areas need some attention.  Maybe you are feeling anxiety, fear, or overwhelm, as many of us are. Notice and acknowledge these feelings.  Exhaling, identify who you can reach out to and share your feelings with and gain support. Talking through these issues is the first step to finding calm and balance. Then, try to gently find a good-feeling thought, and perhaps something you are grateful for in this moment.

In our second breath … breathe deeply in and out, and as we inhale, we concentrate on our loved ones, family and friends. Picture each of these beautiful individuals in your mind and hold them close in your heart. As you exhale, send out healing light and energy from your heart to theirs. Be the force to offer compassion, comfort and love to all of these people.

In our final shared breath … breathe even deeper, and as we slowly inhale, we expand our focus to our neighborhoods, then our country as a whole, and finally our entire planet. Gently hold space for all of humanity, our brothers and sisters.  Together, we can reach all the corners of the world. Exhaling as deeply as possible, we bathe the planet with a light of love, compassion, and kindness. The world needs us now and is more ready than ever to receive these gifts from our hearts!

We are all in this together and we are stronger together!
