With all the Winter germs going around you might be feeling like everyone around you is sick and you need an immunity boost. I’ve got you!
Here’s my clean version of the Starbuck’s Medicine Ball that my health coaching clients absolutely love. Bonus: you get all the immune boosting benefits without all the sugar of the other version + saves you money too!
Immunity Tea
Hot Water
1 inch chunk of ginger, minced
Juice of a lemon
1 tsp raw organic of manuka honey
Sprinkle of electrolyte powder (this is my fave - save 15% with the link!)
Pure green tea
Steep all of the ingredients in a mug and enjoy!
